Users may cancel subscriptions or paid services by contacting digitalJungleTours support or by using available cancellation tools where provided in the platform.
Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not automatically refund prior payments or fees for an active billing period that has already started.
Access to paid features may continue until the end of the active billing period unless otherwise agreed.
