How To Cancel
Users may cancel subscriptions or paid services by contacting Agent App support or by using available cancellation tools where provided in the platform.
Billing Effect and Consumer Rights
Cancellation stops future billing cycles but does not automatically refund prior payments or fees for an active billing period that has already started.
Access to paid features may continue until the end of the active billing period unless otherwise agreed. Cancellation handling remains subject to applicable consumer protection requirements where they apply.
